The process
From the first question to the college letter.
Four levels. Each one adds evidence. You decide where to stop.
Start the assessment
137 questions. Three frameworks.
The student answers on their own — no parent hovering, no right answers. The questions cover what genuinely interests them, how their mind handles different kinds of problems, and how they work with other people.
What it measures
- Interests, mapped to the six RIASEC occupational types
- Cognitive strengths — verbal, quantitative, spatial and reasoning ability, per the CHC model
- Personality, across the five Big Five traits, and what each means for study and work
What you get: A personalised Discovery Snapshot report — ranked career clusters, an initial stream indication, and the areas worth exploring further. Accuracy at this level: up to 50%. Price: ₹2,500.

Now we check it against reality.
Self-perception is useful. It is not sufficient. A student who believes they are strong at mathematics and a student whose marks confirm it are two different profiles, and only one of those should drive a stream decision.
What you add
- Mark sheets for the last two academic years
- Nine structured parent-observation questions on work habits, focus, resilience, and the interests you see at home
What changes: The report is regenerated. Recommendations that self-report supported but performance contradicts are flagged rather than reinforced. You also receive stream fit percentages, suitable subject combinations, and a strength and gap map. Ready within 48 hours.

A senior expert, reading your child's report.
A senior career expert reads the full report before the session, then sits with both parents and the student together. They explain what the assessment found, answer the questions a PDF cannot, and weigh in the things no instrument captures — family circumstances, financial reality, the board and the city, and the student's own ambition.
How it runs
- 60 minutes, in person in Delhi NCR or on video anywhere
- Scheduled within 5 working days of booking
- You leave with a decision you can act on, and a written action plan
Why one session: Most families need one. This is not a subscription and we do not sell packages of sessions you may not use. Book another when something changes.

The plan, executed.
For families who want a hand on the wheel from here through to admission.
