Terms of Use and Refund Policy

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of futuremapai.com and the services offered on it, operated by TBD, registered office TBD. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Who may use the service

Accounts must be created and held by a parent or legal guardian of a student in Class 8 to 12. The account holder is responsible for everything done through the account. Students may use the service only through an account held by their parent or guardian, and only after that parent or guardian has confirmed consent through the verification step shown before the assessment begins.

3. What we provide

Basic Report (Level 01) — A 137-question assessment taking approximately 45 minutes, and a personalised report. ₹2,500.

Advanced Report (Level 02) — Analysis incorporating academic mark sheets and parent observations, with a regenerated report. ₹3,000. Delivered within 48 hours of complete information being supplied.

Expert Counselling (Level 03) — A 60-minute session with a senior career expert, with both parents and the student. In person in Delhi NCR, or on video. ₹10,000 per session. Scheduled within 5 working days of booking. A written action plan follows the session.

Career Roadmap (Level 04) — An ongoing career planning programme, scoped to the individual student. Fees are agreed in writing before any work begins.

4. What our assessment does and does not do

Our reports are guidance intended to support a conversation and a decision. They are not a diagnosis, not a clinical or psychological evaluation, and not a prediction of academic or professional outcomes.

We state our accuracy plainly: approximately 50% at Level 01, approximately 70% at Level 02, and approximately 90% at Level 03. We make no representation beyond this. We do not guarantee admission to any institution, any examination result, or any career outcome. Decisions about a student's education remain with the student and their family.

5. Payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our payment gateway. We do not see or store your card details. Payment is taken at the point of purchase, and the service becomes available once payment is confirmed.

6. Refund Policy

Level 01 — Basic Report. A full refund is available at any time before the report is generated. Once the report has been generated and delivered, no refund is available, because the service has been performed in full.

Level 02 — Advanced Report. A full refund is available at any time before the report is generated. Once the report has been generated and delivered, no refund is available, because the service has been performed in full.

Level 03 — Expert Counselling.

• —Cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund.
• —Cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund.
• —Cancelled less than 24 hours before, or not attended: no refund.
• —One free reschedule is available with at least 48 hours notice.
• —If we cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you receive a full refund or a new slot at your choice.
• —If the counsellor does not attend, you receive a full refund and a replacement session at no charge.

Level 04 — Career Roadmap. Governed by the individual written agreement signed before work begins.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

7. Your responsibilities

• —Provide accurate information. The report is only as good as what goes into it.
• —Keep your account credentials secure.
• —Do not share, resell or republish our reports or materials.
• —Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

8. Our materials

The assessment, the reports, the website and all associated materials are our intellectual property. Your report is provided for your family's personal use. You may share it with a school or a counsellor of your choosing. You may not publish or commercially distribute it.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of our guidance, or for academic or career outcomes.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings, which deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at TBD have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date, and material changes are notified to account holders by email.
